Nostrand Houses – Scope of Work
The scope of work for Nostrand Houses includes the following improvements across the development:
Full kitchen and bathroom renovations, including approximately 7% accessible units and 4% hearing/vision accessible units, as well as a new on-site Property Management Office
Ventilation upgrades
Local Law 11 façade repairs and full window replacement
Electrification of space heating and repairs to the existing hot water system
Full plumbing and electrical upgrades
Elevator replacement
Pest and waste management improvements
Hazardous material abatement
