Nostrand Houses – Scope of Work

The scope of work for Nostrand Houses includes the following improvements across the development:

  • Full kitchen and bathroom renovations, including approximately 7% accessible units and 4% hearing/vision accessible units, as well as a new on-site Property Management Office

  • Ventilation upgrades

  • Local Law 11 façade repairs and full window replacement

  • Electrification of space heating and repairs to the existing hot water system

  • Full plumbing and electrical upgrades

  • Elevator replacement

  • Pest and waste management improvements

  • Hazardous material abatement

This ensures:

  • WCAG compliance

  • Search engines can index the content

  • Residents can read it without interpreting a diagram
