RFP: Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit Services

Request for Proposals

The New York City Public Housing Preservation Trust (the “Trust”) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) and Internal Audit Services.

This engagement will support the Trust’s first organization-wide Enterprise Risk Management exercise and the development of a comprehensive risk management framework. The selected consultant will conduct an enterprise risk assessment, develop a risk-based internal audit plan, and support the initial execution of high-priority audits. The engagement is expected to span approximately twelve (12) months and will establish a framework for ongoing annual Enterprise Risk Assessment cycles.

The Trust intends to enter into an agreement with the selected Proposer to provide the Services.
