The New York City Public Housing Preservation Trust (“the Trust”) is pleased to invite you to submit a proposal for Special Inspections (the “Services”) This solicitation is for multiple Master Service Agreements (or similar) with firms to provide Special Inspections services for various modernization projects, with assignments made at the project level.

The Trust intends to enter into an agreement with the selected Proposer to provide the Services.

Important Dates

  • Request for Information (RFI) Deadline: Friday, May 8, 2026 at 2pm ET

  • Proposal Due Date: Friday, May 15, 2026 at 2pm ET
