Request for Proposals

The Trust and NYCHA are jointly issuing this RFP. By issuing this RFP, the Trust and NYCHA seek proposals from human and social services organizations to provide social services as detailed more fully within Section II of this RFP, such as case management and coordination, emergency and crisis intervention, resource navigation, employment and job training, recreation and community programming, health and wellness, reporting, needs assessment, and case management data entry and maintenance.

NYCHA intends to enter into one or more agreement(s) with the selected Proposer(s) to provide the Services. NYCHA anticipates that multiple Proposers may be selected depending on the geographic catchment area or experience serving a population similar to those that reside within a specific Trust Development, such as older adults.

  • Proposal Due Date: Friday, December 12, 2025 at 2pm ET
