Purpose: Provide residents a chance to see what their unit will look like! Residents have an opportunity to step inside and take a tour, seeing the design packages to choose from before making their final decision.

Meet Fifth Avenue Builders - Selected Design-Builder
On November 6, 2025, NYCHA and the Trust recently held an in-person and virtual meetings to talk about the planned renovations for the Bronx River Addition. The Bronx River Addition Design-Build team, Fifth Avenue Builders, led the session and shared updates on the renovation timeline and next steps for the project.

As we move forward, all households will need to sign a new Project-Based Section 8 lease, effective October 2025. Trust Engagement Office Grand Opening
The Trust opened its Nostrand engagement office on June 26th for residents! This event had live music and ice cream for residents.
The Trust's office space, open every first and third Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

A virtual kickoff meeting was held on Zoom to inform residents of the upcoming Trust Mod project at Hylan Houses. Residents were able to ask questions as well as learn of the upcoming activities.
