Family Day
On July 26, 2025, the Trust celebrated Family Day at Bronx River Addition with residents, neighbors, and community partners, coming together to share project updates and enjoy an afternoon of activities and connection.
Trust Engagement Office Grand Opening
The Trust opened its Bronx River Addition engagement office on June 12th for residents! This event had live music and ice cream for residents.
The Trust's office space, open every Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Renovations Updates and Section 8 Conversion Meeting (In-person)
NYCHA and the Trust held in-person meeting regarding the exciting renovation work planned for Nostrand Houses. This included the renovation timeline and find out how the conversion to Section 8 will positively impact residents.

Resident Priorities Report & Trust Mod Program Overview

Purpose: The Trust and NYCHA held two engaging in-person meetings to present the impactful findings of the Resident's Priorities Report and to collaboratively discuss the future renovations at the Bronx River Addition.

Visioning Sessions (In-Person - Relocated Residents)
Lead: Trust & NYCHA
Purpose: For residents to provide their thoughts & ideas on the renovation of Bronx River Addition. These meetings were held in-person for all residents and a separate session was held for the relocated residents. The feedback from residents were used to create the Resident Priorities Report for Bronx River Addition.

Trust Kick-off Meeting
A kickoff meeting was held to inform residents of the upcoming Trust Mod project at Bronx River Addition. Residents were able to ask questions as well as learn of the upcoming activities.
